A printable pack is sold as a download and printed at home, so it is judged on screen first and on a home printer second. We design themed activity bundles for digital sellers, with the page layout, the editable versions and the listing images that a shop needs.

Weak listing images
On a marketplace the thumbnail does the selling. The cover image and the page grid are designed as carefully as the pages.

Pages that empty an ink cartridge
Buyers print at home. Full-bleed colour backgrounds are avoided in favour of line art and small colour accents.

Files that break on a home printer
Margins, page size and font embedding are checked on Letter and A4 so nothing clips or shifts.

A general pack in a sea of general packs
Themed and occasion-led packs are easier to find and to describe. The theme is chosen before the first page.

Plan first, artwork after.

1. Page plan
We agree the theme, the age band, the page count, which pages are editable and the marketplaces you sell on, then list every page and image.

2. Sample pages
Two or three finished pages in the agreed look, so you approve the style and the difficulty before the rest is made.

3. Full interior
Every page produced to the plan, with answers or instructions where the format needs them, then one consolidated round of changes.

4. Cover and files
Cover design, front matter and print-ready files at your trim size, set to your printer's or platform's template.

Page counts above are caps. A longer book, extra revision rounds or a second language are quoted in writing before we start them.
N° 05Questions
The answers we give most often.
- Which marketplaces do you design for?
- Any that sells downloads: Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, Gumroad, Payhip or your own shop. Listing images are sized to the marketplace you name.
- What is an editable printable?
- A PDF with form fields, or a file set up for a design tool, so the buyer can type a name or a date before printing. We set up the fields; you choose which pages need them.
- Can the same pack also be sold as a printed book?
- Yes. The pages can be re-set to a book trim size with bleed for Amazon KDP or another printer, quoted as an addition.
- Do you write the licence terms?
- No. You supply the terms of use you want buyers to follow and we design the page. If you need help with the wording, that is a question for a legal adviser.
- Do I own the artwork?
- Yes, with full commercial rights and the editable source files, so you can sell the pack indefinitely and make new versions.
